A large inventory of common dieting misunderstandings

Error I: will eat more after exercise.

Many people think that exercise does not do great help to losing weight, because exercise can increase people's sense of hunger, resulting in more intake. But this argument is not valid. The latest research shows, for most people, moderate or vigorous exercise does not directly and quickly induce hunger feeling, but can cause energy imbalance of human body, thus inducing weight loss.

Error II: lemon juice can dissolve fat.

The foreign research thinks, although the lemon juice is rich in vitamin C, but it can not dissolve the fat in food. The only best way is to eat less meat, or eat only lean meat.

Error III: low-fat or low calorie.

People generally believe that the low-fat food also has the same low quantity of heat as nonfat food, but in fact many processing out of low-fat or skim and whole foods, foods contain the same and even more heat. This is because these foods are added more sugar and other high-calorie mixtures, to change the food flavor and ingredients. So, wehn buying low-fat food we should also check the ingredient and heat list on the packaging.

Error IV: starch class food fattening.

A lot of starchy foods, such as bread, rice and pasta, is actually low-fat, low calorie. The foreign research suggests, only eating starchy food excessively or being combined with high fat ingredients, will gain weight.
