"Vitamin C in orange, green pepper, tomato and pea helps reduce the release of histamine, lowering histamine levels in the body."

Bioflavonoids

The doctor recommended, Brussels sprouts, mango, garlic and Green Tea contains a lot of bioflavonoids. Dr. Gaynor said, "bioflavonoid is a kind of antioxidant substance, which can reduce the level of histamine in human body."

Quercetin
